Please keep in mind that items must be returned in their original, unworn condition and accompanied by any documentation that was included.

As mentioned in our FAQ section, we do offer sizing options. 
When you choose your ring size, the price of the sizing is incorporated. Of course, the current ring size will have no charge at all.

The turn around time varies, but generally it is around 7 days for re-sizing and then your item heads out the door to you.

All items that are regularly priced (not on sale or combined with any other discount) are available for layaway. Payment plans are available for anywhere between 2 and 6 months, depending on each item. Each payment is due in 30 day increments. Layaways are considered final sales and are not refundable. So please make sure you would like the item and are prepared to complete the purchase. Any payment plans that are canceled part way through are only refundable through a store credit, minus a 10% restocking fee. Due to issues that easily arise with layaway plans, we must stick to these firm guidelines. Any deviation from these guidelines will layaway being cancelled and restocking fee being subtracted from future store credit.
